  • If everyone’s refrigerator was this packed with these healthy foods 🥗 🥛 🥜 🐟 🥩 🍎 everyday, the prevalence of chronic diseases in the US will cut in at least 1/2.

    I have worked as a Community Nutritionist for years. Unfortunately, in low income families, your recommendations for healthy eating is not a reality. There are so many political and socioeconomic factors that prevent these families from stocking up their fridge with most of these healthy foods. But it’s possible, but will take a lot of effort. Like i always say: no food is unhealthy until you overeat.
