4. Use The Stairs Regularly

As a busy professional, you might find it faster or convenient to use the elevator at your place of work. Nonetheless, using the stairs frequently is a good way of keeping fit. It strengthens your leg muscles while improving your resilience.

5. Start Your Day Early

Getting up as early as 4 or 5 am is a simple way to get more time to exercise before going to work. It may not be easy, but you should motivate yourself to workout in the morning.
