You will start by standing with both legs then slowly taking up your left leg while using the right leg for support, stay in this position for over 30 seconds then switch your leg, stand on the left while taking up the right leg. This exercise helps to strengthen the body and give balance.

To maintain the right posture while doing squats, ensure your back is straight to prevent any unpleasant outcome.
